How fast does a quote come back?
By the next business day, in writing, with the word count, the locale for each language and one project figure. Messages left after 4pm Eastern or on weekends join the next morning’s queue.
Is the file safe with you?
Send it by email or ask for a secure upload link on the phone. Files are used for the project and nothing else, and we will sign your NDA before you send the source.
Do you take rush work?
Yes. A 48-hour rush adds 35% to the per-word price. Call the desk first so we can tell you honestly whether the document can bear the schedule.
Can we meet in person?
Most work is done by phone and email. If you are in New York and want to sit across the table, ask and we will find an hour between 11am and 4pm.
